Customer retention is the most important as it is easy to lose one, but extremely difficult to get a new one. The approach has to be customer centric by identifying their needs, offering them innovative solutions and finally ensuring product integrity with timely delivery. This allows us to identify & choose the right customers who value our services and pay decent prices with consistent volumes in return. Else one is compelled to run a rat race of offering lowest prices and longest credit terms to grab the business in order to fill up the plant capacities. Chances of getting into bad debts is very high in such a scenario.
